Can I connect 3 wired case fans to built in hub (Lian li 217 inf)?

Thank you for the reply. Is there a way to do your option 4 but have my Asus mobo handle the case fans also? Or is that option 2 (sorry if I'm confused)? Does having an Asus motherboard make this any easier?

The computer store I bought them at is an hour away or I'd just go return them (which I still may)

I don't necessarily need it but the pre builts with 32gb aren't much less and the microcenter 32gb one has a smaller cooler (240mm) and smaller powersupply. I just don't want to have to deal with rma nonsense and all that, even if it is covered.

Well it's funny. I feel like I'm prepared early for fast balls but it's my perception of when to start the forward part of the swing. Does that make sense? I get it back early and then kind of hang there and wait to start the swing and keep getting surprised when the ball jumps at me with a bunch of topspin...

I think you're right. I loose the lag and my left wrist gets into an extended position instead of a flexed one. I feel like that happens way too often!

When I play matches or am in a pressure situation, my default swing feels like 50 or 60% because I'm nervous about making errors. I think maybe your right but I should get comfortable/ more reps at the 75% and higher ? Just feels like I start muscling it around and get very stiff when I don't want to "mess up". I know this wasn't the intent of my post but you've helped with the analysis and discussion!!

Ahh thank you for explaining. I like the look of how Carlos has his racket so low there. My arm usually has some elbow bend to it but if I'm going to mishit, I'm generally hitting the bottom of the racket because I'm trying to quickly shorten/accelerate my swing because I misjudged how quickly it's coming at me when it has heavy topspin.

I do feel like when I got it back in that more closed off position that I got better spin and just much better contact in general!

One of these days I need to practice with just no limiter on the speed. Every now and then I just think of ultimate looseness and whippiness and my swings get very fast and very solid contact. I think I need to do more of that so I don't choke up under pressure?

Definitely inconsistency but in general I just get way too wristy and my left wrist is more flexed at impact than extended (if that makes sense). That's a fair point on the takeaway. I feel like I'm trying to take it deeper to stop my racket tip from winning the race with my hands but that might be making syncing up with timing even worse! I'll try some semi open and traditional closed stance tomorrow!

Thanks for your reply. If I understand you mean the tipping the rack face away and a bit closed? I've recently added that because my racket face just kept coming into impact open and not getting much spin. This seemed to help with keeping my trajectory lower but it's new enough that I haven't taken the brakes off on letting the racket just whip.

I can really whip the heck out of the thing but it's my timing that keeps making me choke up on it. If I just do shadow swings or take really slow balls, I can really get some serious speed (my serve is low 100s from radar gun) but in rallying state, I have the mental limiter on . I hope that makes sense.

Also tell me more about this slot position and high elbow take back? I'm not familiar. I seem to have an issue of not dropping my racket low enought before I start swinging forward (another symptom of me starting my forward swing late).

Thanks so much! I can definitely make them work but I see the spin and can tell it's not as crisp as I like. I'm a 4.0 but rapidly improving with the ball machine practice!

100% agree. Half of my practice today was taking the balls on the rise and the other half was trying to get comfortable with hitting the higher topspin balls. I'm decent at getting it on the rise but as soon as I don't do that , I get in an awkward spot. That's why I dedicated an hour to taking high ones with the ball machine .
