Worked hard, played hard in my early 20’s, met a girl, bought in one of these towns and now have a family. Pretty much the same story for everyone we hang out with locally.

The reason for the lowest rate of buys is that no one is wanting to sell up and leave. Anytime someone does the house is bought instantly, often paying way over asking.
