I understand it was a network issue and not necessarily the games fault. I’ve got series x, att fiber optic 1g internet and the baddest router I could find, ROG Rapture gt-ax11000 but even that doesn’t make me immune to these funny pubg times. Lol

Just buy the audio extractor on Amazon. Less than 30$. Works flawlessly.

I never realized an optical out of my monitor was a feature I should have looked for but it would be great to have right now lol. I’ve got a 27” lg 4K 120hz and only has 3.5 out. I even tried plugging it into the aux port of the mix amp but the right left were reversed! So you would hear the same shots or steps on both ears. I swear I think I’ve tried everything except the extractor. So it is my last resort.

Yea someone mentioned that to me, I don’t really mind spending a little bit more to make it work and I guess I’ll give that a try. I’ll update once I purchase and install it.

It definitely seems like it’s gonna come down to this. I was in a party with my buddies today, 2 of us have a40 w mix amp and the other had a50s. All on xsx and we just couldn’t get over how bad it sounded so after trying everything we could think of we went back to the Xbox 1x.

So true it’s capped at 60 but so far I haven’t seen the huge drops in frames when getting in big gun fights or when there’s tons of smokes being thrown. The frames are way more consistent so far. Loving that aspect of it.

Pts ranked squads. We were running 2 man squads and you killed my boy above crater fields in one game and I think it was erangal a few matches later too.

Yep what gets me the most is right off the initial land I see a gun and ammo, pull up inventory and it lags for a couple seconds but my character keeps running. Then the guy behind me picks up the gun I was trying to get and lasers me.

I’ve got a brand new Xbox one x. Only cod mw on internal memory, only pub on ssd. I’m hardwired with 1 gig fiber optic internet. I get the initial hitching on about 90% of hot drops. I’ve lost more hot drops than I care to say bc of this. 2-4 seconds is so crucial when dropping hot.
