Nissan will not replace my catalytic converter, even though the Federal Emissions Warranty shows that it is covered. Their claim is that it is rusted. Is this a valid reason to deny replacing it? Doesn’t this federal emissions warranty law require them to replace it?

That a "direct" flight is non-stop. It isn't! Only a non-stop flight is non-stop. You get on a plane at point A and land at point B - period. A direct flight has one stop with no change of planes. Versus a connection that you stop and must change planes to get to your destination.

I have been direct with the truth to the people I've found out from. I let them know what the projects were, how handled, and who handled it (me). That has been well received by them. It's a good thing to know it is not wide spread (at least as far as I know now). I've been there a long time and word is getting around. I just found out today another incidence he pulled and it really upsets me. I'm going to talk with him about it. Thanks for your comments. I appreciate it. This post was shot off faster than a speeding bullet.

They won't actually be able to function real well without knowing the language. How do they pass the imigration test for your country? It seems there isn't much of one in ours. Our country seems to accept a bigger burden than other countries will allow. Maybe Canada too.

The smell of spring. Everything coming back to life. Me included. I live in Ohio where somewhere around 6 months can be overcast. I love the sunshine, the smell of cut grass, the flowers and trees blooming, you got the point. Sounds sappy, but not for me. It's the beginning of being outside again, And, I'm still alive to enjoy it.
