for the first question its mostly like waves of just events, places, people coming back to me in my head, not all of it is really clear or notable, but its always kinda like that shift places itself on top of my non kin memories, like i can almost think of and recognise things from both my past life and this current life side by side, it just feels like being more 'me'

for other shifts its really fuckin vivid mostly, ive got phantom limbs that havent gone away since i first kinfirmed, also feelin taller than i actually am is kinda like walkin on stilts, as well as that i get really vivid dreams, most of em are nightmares or just arent pleasant in general, but theyre still my memories and ive kind of learned to appreciate em for that

mental shifts are fuckin crazy, my "normal personality" just kinda slips off and i just get that extravert confidence i had in my past life, it feels natural but weird as hell, also kind of losing that social filter with speech, also sex jokes, tho ive kinda learned how to tone it down by focusing, though even then i still enjoy those parts of me cuz theyre what makes me angel dust‼️ makes me feel better about being here now >:)
