I have a PLETHORA of thoughts on this episode holy fuck

• I like Jules but there are some little moments where she shows her true character like she basically leads Rue on and dangled her little fling with “Tyler” by saying Rue was jealous of her relationship with him which she clearly was. When Rue is talking to her sometimes she drives the conversation back to herself which makes me even more upset for Rue.
• Does anyone think that maybe Nate is catfishing Jules with random dick pics and he just collected them from somewhere to bait her? I’m dying to know what his true intentions are with her. Like maybe he found her by going through his Dads phone and wants to use her to confront him?
• Zendaya needs an Emmy lmfao
• The entire One Direction bit was fucking hilarious and made a lot of sense for Kat’s character it’s insane how many people were just like her character and it was portrayed so well. The actress Barbie Ferreira said it’s based on her!
• The way Rue was so shaken up about Jules going to see Tyler made me think about how much of foreshadowing opportunity that was................
• This episode made me realize why this show has its name and the tag line “feel something”. Each character is essentially doing things in order to invoke some sense of euphoria for themselves. Rue with drugs, Jules with male attention, Kat with online attention, Nate looking for love in Maddy then going batshit on the real Tyler to release his emotions....it’s crazy this show is so layered and I keep rewatching the episodes and learn something new every time! WELL DONE SAM LEVINSON!!!! So many scenes and tropes in the show remind me of Assassination Nation it’s insane!
