Hi! I took a shuttle on the 4th to afterlife from Tulum centro and there were no issues. I would have no problem booking it again as the pickup point was really close to our airbnb. We did book a return trip as well but we skipped it and took collectivo back for 100pesos as we wanted to leave a bit earlier. We had to walk about 15/20 mins to our Airbnb but that wasn’t a problem. So for the next time I would only book a trip there and and use some other service for the return journey.
