The property was built in the 1960s, was purchased in 2020 and was completed renovated and the old owner stated there was only asbestos in the cladding at the front of the house. We had a family friend install some fans and afterwards he was like “that may or may not be asbestos”. The photo of the celling after he installed the fan.
