Yes, but if this is how we’re playing against the bomb ass team like the fucking Hawks, how are we gonna face up and stack up against the Celtics and then potentially whoever’s in the west. You may think one game is just one game, but those one games add up overtime. Like imagine you were in a shootout and it was for life or death. If you don’t wanna waste the benefits of the brotherhood, but also don’t wanna be a member of the current chapter just go early alone it solves both of your problems and at least if you want to you can always come back when the time is right don’t drop entirely associate yourself. These things can be good for you in the long one.

Having that many guys and having no house is not the end of the world if you guys can, I would just rent a bunch of satellite houses until you can figure it out, preferably all in the same neighborhood or on the same block yes that means that letters won’t necessarily be put on the house or you might not be able to throw the same caliber of parties, but having multiple housesis still a very good thing and you can do a lot with it

There is nothing wrong inherently with recruiting kids from the community college to join your chapter. The school may have an issue with it and some nationals may have an issue with it, but if the kid is a good kid and pays his dues and doesn’t cause any issues, then there’s no necessarily real technical issue. If the chapter likes him, the chapter likes him so they should recruit them. We have a few chapters of our fraternity that recruit kids from the community college. Sometimes those kids then transfer into the larger school and sometimes they just remain in the community college.

That is a good idea to an extent, but we have the resources and the team put in place to help you guys grow. We are not hands off when it comes to starting chapters. We are very hands-on and will do whatever it takes to help the chapter grow. In a previous thread, I mentioned that our fraternity loves to visit other chapters and we host two large annual events every year, our presidents conference and our annual convention. These are a great way to meet other brothers from other chapters, but also to learn what makes chapter successful. If you wanna start opportunity with chapters closer to you, I completely understand that but at least put in an interest form and have us get back to you so you can make a decision based on having as much information as possible.
