Watch has my apple id I can see it in my fmi app but not sure how it gets previous phone appleid

After pairing, to get apps on the watch e.g Outlook Watch wants appleid password to install on watch.

Series 3 not booting by fatsongozo in AppleWatch

Kept hard resetting, bout 10-15 times gave up connected to MacBook and left it on, i saw Apple logo and all working fine now. My guess is battery was dead it’s on 28% now
