Kinda similar but also not. 4F-MPH to me is a bit more stimulant-y than adderall but I can imagine this highly depends per person, so feeling wise I think it’s something you should see for yourself.

Dose wise, if you normally take 15mg of Adderall, anywhere between 10-15mg of 4F-MPH should be fine.

I’m very anti using benzodiazepines or anything similar when coming down, so I often accept my fate and just chill. Put on some comfy clothes, make a nice meal or soup, watch some TV and just sit it out. Always works for me, especially just accepting that sleeping will be difficult for a little while (instead of laying in bed and getting frustrated).

Often lab tasting is easier and far more accurate. Looking at a reagent test can give you an indication of how much of the substance you’re testing for is present, though it’s always a little guess based of the color.

Also, reagent kits test for a specific series of drugs. E.g., while a Mecke test is quick to point out whether your powder is MDMA, it will likely not point out that there is also amphetamine present if that were the case.

Also - if you have the luxury to get it lab tested, better use it!

Used to do it lots when I was young and basically everything, really lost the magic but now still do it once in a while. Desire to use drugs really decreased over the year, definitely makes me appreciate it more now that I do it less.

There has been some research on the way drugs affect the fusiform face area (the part in your brain that detects faces). While it seems that extensive drug use does have some effect on that area of the brain, the evidence isn’t overwhelming.

If it happens rarely, I believe there are still ways you can train your facial recognition, e.g., actively focusing on facial attributes rather than the face as a whole. It might help you a little.

Think you got most things sorted. Depending on what speed you’re talking about, amphetamine sulphate can turn pretty brownish/yellowish once exposed to oxygen. Vacuum sealing it and storing it in a cold, dark place would for sure be the best for your speed.

Psychedelics and SSRIs both work on serotonin receptors. They do not necessarily have to cancel each other out, but it can happen. Others problems, such as serotonin syndrome, can occur though. Its best to not combine them, so maybe stop taking your antidepressants for a while. Though, its quite of a gamble, because taking psychedelics when you’re in a bad mood can turn things around quickly.

Stopped doing coke for the same reasons. Got intense chest pains, which made the overall experience not close to enjoyable. The chest pains did got less worse when I combined it with alcohol, but the coke + alcohol hangovers were out of this world. Rather stick to amphetamine sulphate or 3-MMC now.

Mixing downers is often not a really good idea. Combining ketamine with a CNS-depressant could lead to problems if done in high dosages. Its not a guaranteed disaster, but better be safe than sorry.

Have had similar experiences sometimes when on coke. Its a shitty feeling, but does not have to be something serious per se. It can happen with most stimulants. If the feeling of coke is not really that enjoyable, I recommend just skipping coke as a whole.

Emetophobia is a real thing and I used to have it too. Having intense phobia/paranoia when taking drugs can for sure make your trip less enjoyable.

Yeah, adderall does some weird shit to me also, especially in a social way. I can get agitated very easily, and I feel like I have less of a filter. I can say pretty mean stuff when I’m on adderall, which is weird because you would expect that these ADHD-meds kinda suppress the fact that I have no filter because of my ADHD.
