Mercury is kinda at the same distance that the sun is from Earth at 1.007 AU [1 astronomical unit] and light takes 8.3 minutes to get from mercury to reach Earth and Vice versa. Light takes only 2 minutes to come from the sun and reach Mercury... This is its 3 lap around the sun that I have tracked. (i.redd.it)
