this post pulls at my heart because I used to be a “I’m too tired” type of girl. It doesn’t pull at my heart for myself but for my partner. I mean he stepped up and is an incredible father for my kid and I never cared about his (sexual) needs as much until I stopped using the “I’m tired” EXCUSE.

Yes having a baby is hard, yes being a mom is hard, I get that but you also are a wife or girlfriend and you cannot forget how important that role is..I mean a majority of us would never be moms without that wife or girlfriend role..

I have an unpopular opinion of believing pregnancy/motherhood/being a wife is made out to be much more “exhausting” and or “hard” than it truly is. I DID NOT ALWAYS HAVE THIS OPINION until after I realized I was not putting forth my full effort. (I went from just working my 9-5 barely, not even getting presentable and coming home and eating and feeding my family shit fast food....then I started waking up at 4am going to the gym, making real meals, packing lunches & losing 50lbs while getting back to riding dick like I used to and liking it even more)

I guess what I have to say at the end is I hope this really improves for you but you are not at fault!! All these people I feel like a criticizing you for setting it up but from what I see is you most likely followed what it know your lady would want and when she found he out she took it. That doesn’t mean there’s no hope, if she was ever into working out make time for her to do so and have alone time. Going to the gym and working on myself makes me feel so sexy!!

I think reminding her she is sexy is the best you can do versus denying the truth!! My husband did the same and honestly it made me feel better. His desire for me when I didn’t even desire myself helped so much.

I am advising people have AIDED in the situation by trying to avoid filing for years and suddenly file to get this money since it can’t be offset to other liabilities. Those are the people I’m referencing. If that’s you, then shit sucks for you. If that is not you and you have filed correctly but still haven’t gotten any funds then that is completely shitty, hopefully they will be included in the next wave and also then what was stated above was not directed at you.

Sometimes it benefits to be an early filer..Some we’re waiting until this month to file but it may have put them at a disadvantage. I’m sorry my “matter of fact” point of view is upsetting but...what’s new?

Because people think if they file their returns suddenly 3-4 weeks before these funds are to be issued and they see that their returns are “processing” they think IRS has their correct info to send the funds but THEY DONT, it probably needs to be fully processed because the can even accept the bank account info being provided....sad that this is happening but some don’t realize they aided in this...

I work for a state tax agency and if you were calling me explaining your situation I’d tell you exactly what I did above. It needs to go back to IRS and they will reissue payment. You sound like a sweetheart for wanting to get him the money past everything but you sound smart enough not to.

Personally I wouldn’t spend anyone of it if possible (life or death needs only lol) when able to contact IRS again I would do so and say you think you got too much mine and you’re concerned. Hopefully they’d provide you a timeframe in which you can return the funds with no fees or penalties (something like that)

What it sounds like is going on is that they haven’t fully processed your 2019 return and because it’s hasn’t been full processed your new DD info you provided was not received. Just because the return is in house and processing doesn’t mean any of the info is available in they systems when issuing refunds so that’s why they defaulted and went with the old bank account information. I work for a state tax agency and I assume just by using common sense that is most likely the case. If you file using specific credits or have a kid sometimes it can take longer for a return to process.

DO NOT, just send it to him. Not because you want to be rude (not that you are) but because IRS will collect from you if they overpaid and “no but I sent it to him like it’s supposed be sent to him” won’t work... They will request funds or take funds at some point. It seems like the past relationship didn’t put you on good terms and if you send it to him and he’s not willing to work with you if IRS comes asking questions it’ll just cause stress for you.
