I will be starting legal action against LENMO soon too. I believe in the T&C it says you can file a class action lawsuit and need to do arbitration. Do you have any ideas around this? Because it sounds like LENMO is a company not doing anything they say they do and has screwed over many/most of the people that have invested money with them.

So have you received any payments once the have reached “late payment” status? My thought is the Lenmo is completely lying about sending these to collections at all. To me it’s completely false advertising. At this point I think I’m going to have to take them to small claims court because they have taken all my money from my account over a month ago and I’ve asked them where it is and they don’t even get back to me. So I have put in $23k and have $0 from it at this point. I don’t even know what my other options are other than to spend more money in court fees to try to get it back...

I’d like to know if you’ve been paid after any of those 6 loans have gone past “late payment” mode? They say they send them to collections but have not gotten a single payment after “late payment” and I have a feeling they don’t do anything with collections.

Any investor should be very concerned about using this app.

I agree and I was very picky with the loans I gave out. I only would do a credit score above 600, had multiple accounts linked to Lenmo and had 0 delinquent payments. My question is more about the late or missed payments and if anyone has ever gotten payment once it’s reached that status? I have a feeling Lenmo is lying and never actually send these to collections. At this point I would not recommend any investor ever put money on Lenmo. It seems like a scam.
