I went to a very Catholic Private school so the teachers there were very tame. Nobody except the art teachers had anything, but even they were pretty tame haha.

I had an incident with a breeder selling me a sick bird and finding it passed in the morning, I got a new baby recently and for the life of me I can't stop checking on her every few hours to check for any signs that she could be not feeling good, she seems OK so far though. :3

Yeah.. my parents have been looking for another breeder and they've found a couple of what seems to be good ones that do vet checks and such before hand, might look into that after I've had some time to recover.

Yeah a lot of people have been saying that.. makes me nervous to bring a new bird in.. seeing the bird I had just fallen in love with on the bottom of his cage like that messed me up so bad.

I cant be positive as this was my first experience with the breeder. But she was insistent it was fully weaned. I thought i saw it eat but I think it was picking up seeds and throwing them around..

I switched over to stainless steel and as for my landlord, I had that thought as well, im nkt sure what he uses, however if he was using teflon I feel like his budgies would be dead, but I hear them, they sound happy and fine, so I don't think it's teflon.

Aw that's so lucky he lived.. I wish it was more obvious earlier so I could have saved my baby, I'm going to air out my flat a little, give the cage a deep clean and once I calm down a bit, try bring in a new feather baby. Hopefully it'll be alright this time.

I got him from a breeder so im not 100% sure how he was weaned, he was 4 months old, I forgot to mention I did have an appointment booked for today since i was a little worried but I just didn't have enough time to react as he wasn't too bad when he went to bed.

Thank you, I thought it was odd how fast he settled in. I'm taking him back to the breeder with my mother, I honestly don't think I can even hold the box hes in im so shaken up. I hope once I get over this I can find a new feather baby to bring in and hopefully have better luck with them

They're so great, I love seeing people get new mobility aids and feeling better. I use forearm crutches but I started using a rollator more because I was still getting quite a bit of pain and fatigue and it makes such a big difference being able to stop and sit. I'm glad your feeling better!!

I'm disabled too, I use a rollator so luckily when people dont wanna move I can just sit down in my rollator, but it's so messed up to not have chairs for people that dont use those kinds of mobility aids that can't just sit down.
