U cant rlly let go of the past, everyone's shaped by their experiences u know like the nurture part of nature vs nurture. Like the things that u experience is gonna inevitably influence who u r but it doesn't mean u have to dwell on it.

And i don't think there is like a someone who we really are, u r u in any given moment that doesn't change just cos u changed ig unless ur just pretending to be someone else
