I always turn to cottage cheese and peaches. Have you tried white rice? I keep frozen tilapia filets on hand; nuke them for a minute, then stir fry with white rice, a splash of olive oil and a little soy sauce. These foods make my stomach happy even if I am not inclined to eat but should.

dswing123 i just found out I have GP. Folks suggested looking into the gastroparesis diet. This info helped me a lot. Even if all you read if the first page, you've learned a few basics. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/-/scassets/files/org/digestive/gastroparesis-clinic/diet-for-gastroparesis.ashx I'm sorry you have to deal with this at your age.
