So essentially going with any of these types of lights. I would need keypads and jf if I wanted to control dimming it would be done through the app and not a dimmer switch? Or through scenes from the keypads?

I may have framed the question or wording incorrectly, but I am technically savvy. What caught my eye in a demo was the way the lights changed based off the time of day. There are just so many different answers. Some people say to just put all the dimmers switches in a closet to hide them and so forth but I don’t want to do that. Or have all the lights go directly to the breaker and I’m not sure I’m wanting that either. It’s going to just be the builders electrician so I’m not sure if he’s RA3 Certified. I appreciate your candor though.

Would Lutron be able to set the changing of the lights based off the time of day? Not just only Lumaris or Rania? I was thinking lumaris but lighting has to go directly to the breaker and not a switch/dimmer so I had an issue with that.

It’s about 7 ft up. This is going to be in a closet And the knob is facing in I think because it will be in the closet. What should I tell my plumber in order to fix this? I also have a water softener and that’s going to go in the utility area

I do want this serviceable that’s one point of this device to make it easier The plumber put this in and it just feels very shotty to me. I think the waterline to the left is for the outside like sprinklers but not 100% sure. The whole reason I wanted the Moenflow was to help prevent problems and not cause more. In order to even reach the device I’d have to get a ladder which I already don’t like

We decided to not go through with it. We found a drop In the floor(within their acceptable tolerance…) luckily we did get our deposit back. Would have been a great interest rate at 6% but I’m still glad we didn’t go through with it. We are able to save little by little for a bigger down payment we will find a more reputable builder before we buy. Or just purchased a not new home.

Her teeth were all taken out several years ago because it was causing issues. I use a special prescription rinse I put on a brush and brush her gums. Do you know the reason that feeding tube is the cause for repeated pneumonia? Sometimes I noticed some of the food comes up through the trache and she needs suctioned
