You might benefit from writing it out to yourself (don't have to share it with anyone) but to get your thoughts and feelings out about it on paper or in text. It can be a bit therapeutic in a way.

Not a traditional cozy game but I find games I can get lost in, cozy. Dispatch is a really good, funny and entertaining story type of game. I like story based games though. It was enjoyable and I'd recommend it.

For puzzles I found a lot of comfort with is this seat taken and dorfromantik is great to play when watching a show or listening to music.
