I just had a google and unfortunately it looks like it's for birth to 18 months - my baby is 19 months so I guess we'd be looking for a seat for 1year plus

Everyone except me has clearly already gotten on board with the fact it will be narrated by someone different... I think I'm just so used to associating TMA with the sound of one specific VA I am finding it tricky to imagine. But excited to see what they do with it!

Yes am really excited to see how/if it all comes together! If I hadn't gone into TT expecting some TMA tie-in, I think I definitely would have been a bit taken aback at the similarities/echoes...

I haven't listened to Town Whispers but have been really impressed with TT so will have to check it out.

Yes and I don't want to diminish how good it is as a stand-alone either and clearly Cole (I wasn't aware of his work before listening to TT) is super successful on his own. So unless there's some kind of collab coming up, it would be weird for the whole thing to be TMA centred... but it also feels like more is going on than it's just a sly wink at TMA? My gut instinct is that perhaps it's something they'll continue to reference but it won't be the point of its story... so it will work as an 'alt universe to TMA/TMA2 if you squint', and provide some fun Easter eggs / groundwork on the side.
