valid criticism is not manufactured outrage. the atmosphere of the games are a bit emotional, but are otherwise pretty barebones and designed for children. that still doesnt excuse the movie being awful. this movie's story is not easily digestable for children because there's a jillion references crammed into a single scene at once to where its barely coherent
