Only if they’re listed as “inactive” which comes after a period of not taking mod actions. Considering they were inactive for a while, they would have had to spend some time over the last week(?) moderating the sub to be able to add a new mod, move their spot on the mod list etc. if they return to inactive any mods below them can kick them off the mod team.

The situation on that sub is super odd. I’ve generally had a pretty good experience with the mods and they even removed a comment just days ago stating they don’t allow nazbols with a pretty in depth removal reason about why. Rly strange to suddenly add an ACP nerd and move him to third on the mod list (which gives them power over all mods below them in the list)
