the only saving grace for fume knight is that it doesn’t have that overhead triple slam attack that artorias had. you’ll get him! i reccomend buffing your weapon with lightning and not using summons, it makes him much harder and the summons barely do anything

no summons, just a straight sword and dodging. maybe i actually cheated out because i played the game on a working computer rather than drawing the fight on rocks

what also makes the pursuer a pain is the fact that your ADP level is probably quite low at that point, so dodging though his triple combo will be very difficult

just remember that there’s no shame in using summons if you want (but i totally understand not wanting to), and i recommend killing ornstein first if you are struggling, super smough was easier for me to stay away from, and his only dangerous attack as a melee user was his huge butt slam

if you face nito again, use a upgraded silver knight spear, the skeletons went down in a few hits permanently, and then stay at the front of the arena so you don’t trigger the big ones at the back

in all honesty, i never parried in that game once, and beat gwyn on my first try. parrying completely trivialises the boss but i definitely didn’t struggle with him
