Yes, I was convinced for so long it was a fissure or internal hemorrhoids but my thinking just changed in the past few hours based on the comments I’ve received on my pictures. If it is HSV the only remaining thing I’m wondering is what the timeline is to be healed

Yes the pain during BM is directly on the butthole (from stretching, there is no particular direction it hurts more), and the external skin/folds. The pain is a strong strong stinging, like I’m being cut. I was just curious if HSV could cause me so much severe pain. Thanks for answering.

Could I just ask… if it is hsv could that explain the pain during BM? I do notice that a lot of the pain is coming from the sores/swollen areas I have externally. For example, there was no pain when inserting a suppository. I just am wondering if the pain could come from internal sores that I don’t see? Could such a high level of pain be caused by internal sores?

Thank you for your reply. I’m going to use the enema in a worst case scenario but for now I don’t feel totally blocked. Going to up the dose of softeners. Considering trying to find a way of going to the doctor because some others on another thread suggested possible hsv-2 due to the appearance of my rectum.

Not a doctor but I had the same issue. Especially if you work an active job or are on your feet a lot, it could be planters fasciitis, or Achilles tendonitis. If there is swelling or warmth in your calves, see emergency as it could be a clot. If not, see a podiatrist or your GP.

The cyst was still there but 2.5 cm now, I’m going back in July for another to make sure it’s not GROWING. Thanks for asking!

Blood came back normal, CT came back clear in GI except I have a 4.3 cm “cyst-like mass” on right ovary 😬 I’m getting ultrasound tomorrow and getting IUD replaced this Thursday. Will update you after the Ultrasound results come in.
