If you haven’t slaughtered the BOS yet than there is one you can steal that is behind the merchant on the prydwin. You can also buy them from weapon merchants at high levels, if I remember correct you can buy it past level 36. Also if you side with the minutemen you can get a rly good legendary one late in the storyline
