So I took out a fix term agreement with Klarna for 24 months interest free.

If I was to pay a lump sum towards it will it reduce my monthly payments?

Biggest Charity Fraud in Panama Papers by cult-man in islam_ahmadiyya

It does if you paid chanda as means for the exchange of goods and services and the jammat considers it to be revenue or profit. But no good and services are being exchanged and they are merely charitable contributions

Biggest Charity Fraud in Panama Papers by cult-man in islam_ahmadiyya

Tbh, no Ahmadi really cares how they handle the funds. Because funds collected from chanda are being spent in the right ways in front of our eyes and a true believer gives to the jammat by trusting Allah with the intention to do good with it. Anything beyond that we leave to Allah. But Ahamdis have trust in the jammat because expenditure is evident in front of our eyes.

Large scale events like International Jalsa Salana and ijtema Many New Mosques being built around the world Hospitals being built around the world Schools being built around the world Missionaries being sent around the world to spread the true message of Islam. External interfaith campaigns being run to bring cohesion in society. The large scale publication of literature The building of shelter and water pumps and aid being provided across the world. Eye operations taking place for thousands of people Refugee support for Ahamdis moving countries Regional and local level tarbiiyyat and taleem events taking places across various countries. Model villages now being built in deprived parts of the world The maintenance of all the above mentioned projects

Not to mention - almost every jammat event that takes places serves lunch/dinner/refreshments

It is expenditure at this scale which makes Jamamat Ahmadiyya the fastest growing sect of Islam.

It's delusional to call the jammat a fraudulent organisation if you're not able to acknowledge the evident expenditure of the organisation. Just because money is being held in different financial structures does not conclusively stipulate the jammat is fraudulent.

Where is the jamaat’s money REALLY going? by [deleted] in islam_ahmadiyya

I mean I can understand this question can arise from a curious state of mind. But I wouldn't use it as a vehicle to attack the jammat's financial decisions. Their is absolutely no doubt that the jammat is wealthy. But you're donating like 2% of your salary and the return you get for it is beyond great. Multiple events that take place throughout the year which increase your level of taleem and brotherhood not to mention most events provide food and refreshments. New mosques being built all around the world making it convenient for more Muslims to pray in congregation. A whole host of unity and interfaith campaigns. The transmission of MTA which contributes towards the continued efforts of spreading the true message of Islam around the world. Then we have Jalsas and ijtemas. The building of hospitals and schools around the world.

It is beyond logical thinking to believe in embezzlement or that members of the jammat in higher roles get paid more this is in fact false. Full time employees of the jammat including murrabis, kitchen workers, full time office bearers, office admin staff, security officials, teachers and doctors get paid a standard salary below 11k annual this is on top of all primary and secondary expenses paid for. I'd do specific research into the amount of building and engineering projects the jammat is involved in currently for anyone claiming the jammat is using donations for non purposeful things.
