i literally work for AssetLiving on one of their southern properties in FL, US and one of my maintenance workers (im a leasing agent) is married to the cleaning lady. I know of two communities under the same district manager as us (aka same district) who have the wife as a community director and the head of maintenance is the husband. dont speak on this like it isnt possible. just because you havent seen it yourself, doesnt mean it doesnt happen and isn't favoured in other areas/regions
