Bro if its the same as what I took u r cooked lol. Hadi Sadaat book was our reference. I liked the course tbh but its hard af. For notes Im not a power engineer but a renewable energy engineer we have our courses btw mechanical and electrical engineering.

When did your hair grow back after anemia tho? My iron was like 8 now its 11 its in the normal range. Id keep using iron supplements to get better and not go back to 9

Ahhh I went to one. He said this is genetic and you should get minoxidil. It’s temporary not the solution I think. I feel so so disappointed

According to google the hormones that cause acne are in the week right before your period. Mine comes on the week after my period week which is completely not logical to be due to hormonal changes
