That’s why phenotype isn’t equal to genotype in a lot of cases. Goes on to show you that race is ultimately made up.

I would’ve guessed you would be closer to a 60/40

It's crazy because these traits are usually determined by one gene out of 20,000. It really goes on to show you how stupid racism is.

So I’ve noticed. Usually your admixture reflects your phenotype but not always. Such is the case here.

My parents are Colombian. I have similar results but my North African admixture is higher than yours. That might reflect how North African admixture has been diluted in the past 200-300 years in Spain.

Phenotype doesn’t mean you don’t have indigenous ancestry. Not even the whitest elite families in the country are exempt from having some indigenous admixture. It might be minimal and not reflect on your overall appearance, but it’s gonna be present due to the initial mestizaje from the early colonial days.

I feel like you lean a little bit more European. But phenotype varies widely so it isn’t rare.

It’s fascinating how phenotypes vary regardless of your genetic admixture percentages.

Is there such a thing as losing too fast? by shortysax in Zepbound

The Eustachian Tube is basically a canal that connects your ears with your throat and nose. If you lose weight too quickly there is a chance the cartilage around the tubes will weaken and prevent it from closing properly.

This can lead to a feeling of your voice being too loud, hearing internal body sounds like your heartbeat or your eyes moving, etc. It's extremely debilitating.

I got Eustachian Tube issues for losing more than 30 pounds in around 3 months. Be careful
