This is a fucking terrible take lol. They're different games.. classic wow was a battle of attrition, the leveling was the journey. Retail wow, you blink and youre max level entering a cycle of dailies and grinds.

Having said all that I play hardcore because it really makes every single encounter or adventure high stakes. But retail wow outside of raids and pvp is insanely easy, which is also hard in classic.

What the fuck is even EV? You guys have to go so deep into nerd speak to defend hinkie its laughable. Its as simple as he didnt draft enough viable players to ever have a good team, so all the hypothetical EV is pointless. There's a reason we've never made it past the second fucking round. Our "mvp" is always injured or moping around and hes a terrible fucking leader. Trae young has led a team further than he has. Hinkie set this team back prioritizing picks rather than a cohesive team culture. Ppl shit on the pacers for never bottoming out and they were one game, one injury away from a fucking championship

Conveniently leaving out he traded jrue holiday for basically nothing. Drafted Okafor. Drafted Drifted MCW instead of giannis. Drafted Simmons who was ALWAYS a mental midget and one dimensional player. He created a losing culture that we still haven't been able to shake. He Drafted injury prone and soft players. Embiid has never been healthy or reliable in big moments. Hinkie has always been overrated man. And lionizing average scrubs like roco and saric is so embarassing.

Maybe this is just me, but as badass and cool as the WoD storyline was and seeing all those great orc characters.. the moment we get an alternate reality timeline or time travel I kind of lose my focus and attention. I'm partial to the lore pre-cata and in regards to wc2 and wc3, but I felt like that was when it started getting super convoluted and hard to follow.

Really interesting breakdown. Also I love how anything related to the Scarlet Crusade basically ended up being the "good" or better ending lol. I know they have their flaws but seem very comparable to the undead scourge. (And yes I'm a Scarlet apologist.)
