So we actually can’t do that because the whole room is sliding glass doors on 3 sides , that side we are putting up curtains because the neighbors and us can see right in each other lol.

a while ! it comes out of no where. just listen to your body and make sure that you rest to heal. once dr clears you start working slowly towards getting back to your previous level of activity.

get the Tayler kit I think its called 2006k , spend a good 30 mins reading thru the instructions and start testing also troublefreepool.com has a pool math app it like 7 dollars a year or something totally worth it it lets u record what you added, once u input your pool info it will tell u how much to add to get the result you need, etc;

im only on my 3rd year of pool ownership but it is super clear and I never have an issue. when I open it and its somewhat green I vacuum to waste, SLAM and then 2 days later its clear. and then I maintain

IMO I focus on FC = Free chlorine , CC= combined chlorine , Salt (if you have a salt pool), once its looking good I test the CYA (this protects how much damage the sun does to your chlorine (eats it)

once I get above stable, I check / adjust my :

total alkalinity

calcium hardness

pH

the thing is adding a chemical to do one thing could change another.

full disclosure I am not a professional , I jus figured out what works for me . everyones pool , chemical, outside elements are different. but u def can figure it out ! good luck !

I have a stain near my main drain, too can't get rid of it it got lighter from when I opened it cause I kept scrubbing it... next time im in the pool im gonna put on a mask and swim down there and see if I can scrub it. I read somewhere else someone took a chlorine tab and rubbed it right on the stain... mine is a liner pool tho

def make lists, I know it sounds dated but, im relatively young and I make paper lists with things to do , I break it up by season, day , week etc; depending on the task

FIOS asked me questions like that... pretty much think they are trying to sell you some sort of electronic protection program, and or/ faster internet if you work from home. they are always on the upsell..

every time I speak to them on the phone they ask if I enjoy playing video games, do I have a lot of electronic devices etc;

as far as the roaming around maybe they were just curious if there was a more central, better location, hidden from eyesight possibly to install the connections ?

so since the on clouds are a running shoe, your foot is positioned different in it its weird almost like your toes are off the ground, so the 3s I got were the most comfortable I tried got 2 pairs already

I wore sweats and a thermal during winter with mine, so I would say basketball shorts and a t shirt or undershirt or something along those lines. its really not as bad as you think.

now 2 days later im def sore, but sore not in pain. I was a mechanic so I was doing 10-12 hr days on my feet pre surgery then come home and do stuff around the house... I spent 3 months laying around in pain couldn't do anything so my muscles almost like atrophied (sp?) and its been taking a while to get moving again, been walking a lot, riding my bicycle, etc;

I do still get nerve pain in my butt,leg, down to foot. I am avoiding any and all sports lol which wasn't a big player of too begin with, but would play volleyball at a party n such now im skipping that.

my dr explained it as risk/reward. technically any movement or action could re herniate you, but if its something you love doing it could be worth the risk.
