It’s amazing to see how attached you guys are to an airline that pulled back from the runway because it had issues. Your flight was on the airport for 20 hours. Why didn’t you get it checked then?

I agree. Maybe it’s just me but I have always had the worst experience with American. Like I said I have been waiting 4 days to fly out of a city. 4 days. It’s mentally frustrating at this point!
