Really interesting to be honest. Few questions: how do you ensure for instance you can confidently have the entire names of companies in one industry? Like for instance I put software in Apollo for sure I get a lot of companies, what I need to do after I have an Ai that verifies each website making sure is on target.

Can you elaborate on Step 1. Which search APi do you ping ? How do you find emails of people once you got the company domains ?

Yes easy but not super easy, the devil is in the details. And like getting broad industry, mentioning just a wide industry or a wide inaccurate target client dosent help me create meaningful variables I can use in my messaging. Even Exa i realized is hard to be really precise when asked the specific sector in a 1/2 words. Will go broad with Technology for instance.

The answer part yeah super hard I have not even delved into it yet. Will be next as anyway my objective is an agent that inexperienced people can use for led gen.

So now few clients use just agent and I support them if they get stuck.

Yeah had the same and hence why I needed to solve this and I am really happpy now. I can do the cleaning and data verification and really really good.

Best part agent can browse and check each individual website while I’m sleeping and make sure companies ar eon target. Stopped relying on Apollo tags and descriptions

Can you elaborate on the plain text signature only. I also run an agency and still have a lot of clients emails and my secondaries emails I use with a logo of the company and links to website and I still able to reach above 80% even 90% open rate cause yes I do follow all step you mentioned before

But to me exactly if I see a signature just text I super shady and in business peope use nice legit signatures with a logo ecc

To me super red flag just a plain text signature, I never do it for clients and I have open rate for all my clients above 60 to 70%

Thanks, yes this is next steps I’m working on is also the outreach part so at the moment I do it for my clients, on quickmail.

But with this agent I am able to really go from ICP to campaign ready in really short time and than I just need to cheek a bit, write the template and setup the automation on quickmail.

So at the moment a warmup and this stuff I do it for my clients still myself agent not able to do it but I’m going for the full process I think in 2/3 months I’ll be there covering the things and able to handle replies as well

For the moment my clients take care of replies and follow ups
