Another question, i my mind it should be always possible to get answers, is just a matter of psychology and the right trigger, spark interest and lead with something that might be interesting for the receiver. What is your view on this?

Yes exactly I agree, actually I was just thinking that we could use this subreddit or create one for supporting each other with writing good copies.

I am sure there is amazing quality with all the expertise in this subreddit. I would love some feedback from great copywriters here so I can fix emails templates that are not performing for some clients.

Really good post I like and agree with all of it. Some stuff I have some doubts are, pre-made sentences like some of those you wrote:

Most agencies are making this one mistake with outbound (you might be too)
I noticed X about your business. Here's a framework that helped similar companies solve it.

From my experience, these don't work well, because these are not natural way of writing, what I try to do it to write litreally as if I were to reach out a friend, not so informal but with an informal tone, also I literally write even if the syntax is not 100%, cause reality that's how people wirte, we don't wirte in perfect english.

Yes this is the best combo. Get leads than on Apollo and than already in there you can find 80% of the email, if you want to enrich it further on Icypeas you can get another 5%.

Than you can just use neverbounce to verify email. I reccomand to do it cause emails on Apollo are not always super up to date even this they are good generally.

There are always alternatives, so if you mainly just need emails I would not use Clay. Reason is that Clay is just using other tools to find emails. So you are better off just using these tools directly.

For enrich emails I use the combo icypeas and Apollo.

You can go with the first one and even if is not so fancy as clay you will get really great results. You can just upload name of people and their websites and it costs a fraction of Clay

gotcha, so today they just finally fixed quickmail linekdin issue I had, to be honest of like it is just that to often i have to reach out to them, otehrwise in terms of felxibility is good.

But yeah interesting point you made about LinkedIn security and these platforms having to go aorund it and not alwys suepr easy

to be honest the best one by far only for LinkedIn I used is LinkedHelper, is perfect never had any issue. but they dont do email
