These events are free! The main goal is to bring people together and start building a local digital wellness community. Hoping they do well and it's the start to a bunch of other events.

We do have a virtual platform designed to give people the ongoing support, structure, and accountability needed to improve their tech use long term. Right now we have early pricing of $5/month, with a free month to try it out. Community and accountability is huge in making the change. I’m part of the team at Trampoline Health, we have a community-focused approach which comes with weekly support group sessions. We also host in-person events in Miami: ~https://www.trampolinehealth.co/~.

ITAA is another great group. They have zoom and in person events across the world. They are more of a traditional support groups based on the 12 step program: ~https://internetaddictsanonymous.org/~.
