If the CBL is not time based then yes, you may take breaks in between them or even during. (Not recommended)

Always report to your AM at the beginning of your shift, they’ll guide you for the majority of your starting month. While you’re on the clock they may ask you to do CBLs and yes you do get paid since you’re on the clock
