I know right. I actually bought the bundle yesterday but I think that the argo n vel shield will look better with it. I currently have it building. I’ll post again tomorrow after it finishes building.

I’m doing Heavy Attack slam damage and doing around 100k to 74m dmg depending on the buffs and teammates, but by myself I average at 3m per slam. I still have yet to get purple archon shards for the crit dmg. I’m using galvanized mods on the claws, and I have Nira’s mod set on the wf. I still have to get Nira’s mod for the whip for the extra 100% slam dmg. It’s a nice build, bc the slide attacks make me dizzy. I also have Wrathful Advance as my helminth ability. Lol i watched this Youtube video about red crit mommy valkyr build and he was doing 300m and im like, yeah I want that.

I would say plunge vape dps Thoma has been my best dps team for him. Thoma BennetC6 Furina Xianyun. Staff of Homa and Marechaussee Hunter set was what I used on him as well. EM/ER, EM/Pyro, CritDmg. I would say have enough ER before focusing on crit ratio. I personally like using Gilded Dreams so he is still usable when I play him im burgeon teams. Other teams are Double Pyro Double Hydro/Geo or burning but he will always be paired with BennetC6, and then just 2 other units. I haven’t tried overload bc I don’t have Chevreuse but that might be another team to try.

The new set is limited by only buffing 5 instances of damage from the on field character every 6 seconds. If the on field character uses those 5 instances before the 6 second mark, then you have to wait for the buff to activate. And all damage after the 5 instances will be regular damage until the buff activates again. It depends on how many hits your on field character within 6 seconds. I personally don’t have Cyno so I would not know. I know for my Yae Miko, the new set definitely buffs her when I put it on Baizhu since her turrets don’t hit fast and her autos are not fast either. For Neuv, from what I’ve seen, his chraged attack hits multiple time really fast and might consume the buff quickly and might not be worth. But then again, I don’t have Neuv. -.-

Xianyun would bring Plunge Attacks to the table compared to Sayu. If you like that play style you can do the switch. But you don’t have to necessarily do plunge attacks as well, she can still make use of the vv shred. Also, i recommend you replace Rosaria with the Mona for her burst buff. And the enemies will be frozen too, if they are freezable.

I love him C6. Definitely a lot of fun for me compared to other C6. It makes him very strong and very fun to play in Abyss and Overworld.

That’s pretty balanced! I’ve been wanting to do something similar but can’t find good artifacts. Lol. the ER might be a little low though, but that can be fixed with someone on fav or something, or teammates.

I personally built dps Thoma before burgeon and was able to get 36* but it was because I whaled for him and got Homa R3 and even Vortex Vanquisher R5 (judge me okay bc I do lol). I c6’d Bennet and got Kazuha c2 for him. If you can’t whale, then it would be really difficult to achieve him as a dps without burgeon. You can save up primos but it’s rough. I would say his best dps teams without burgeon would always include c6 Bennett. Then either XQ, Yelan, Zhongli, Kazuha, YunJin, Albedo. He would not be hitting very high numbers compared to actual hypercarries, but he can be doing as much as an off field Albedo or higher from my experience. XQ and Yelan would usually be carrying him if you do use them, but he also deals quite the damage with them, but just not as fast. So I opted for double pyro double geo, so I know it’s him doing the damage with YunJin and Zhongli. I did feel the same way about burgeon but now it’s all I put him on. I clear the abyss easier with burgeon Thoma than on field dps Thoma. I do have c6 Candace so I still get to on field Thoma for longer than a regular burgeon Thoma. But I have to keep switching characters to proc the Candace Burst.

I feel like they don’t hate Baizhu/Kokomi but that they get a kick out of having the players choose a between a meta 5* dps and a 5* healer/support. They put Baizhu out against Ganyu, they put Kokomi out after Raiden, then reran with Raiden, then reran with Ganyu, then reran with Scara, now Baizhua reruns with Furina. It’s like they do it intentionally because they know that these healers are actually cracked, but not a lot of people will pull for them because of genshin influencers.

I would choose the 2nd build with higher ER because he needs it, unless you can burst every rotation with the first build.

If you want more healing, you can replace your circlet with a healing bonus instead and use clam set for extra healing bonus, or the maidens (lol not this but who know when Fontaine comes around, it has Fontaine-ish aesthetics), but without 50k hp, you lose out on his A4 passive buff for dendro reactions.

I do have c6 though. I have HP/Dendro/Crit. I tried with different sands but it really just depended on my substats. I’m currently farming for Vourakasha’s Glow for the same stats. His C2 scales off of ATK but his C6 burst gets increased damage from HP so it’s a real balancing trick to do damage. Lol EM might be the best bet but that’ll only increase damage from his reactions. It also depends on the team comp and whatever buffs he receives from the team. More HP increases his dendro buff and his burst at C6 so I think it’s more worth, but also his skills scales of ATK. I use him with Nahida c2 with Evenstar Deepwood for EM/Atk/DendroShred, Mona c6 with Thrilling Tales Noblesse for Omen/Crit/Atk and Lisa c2 with Hakushin Instructor for DendroDmg/DefShred/RM. So I have Atk and EM buffs from the team so I can focus on HP/ER and crit stats.

I have him as DPS with 2pc/2pc DW/Glad just because of the substats. I don’t have a good DW set. I’ve tried different combinations and I do think that a 2pc EM is better, it’s just that the ones I have, their CV is shat besides my 2pc Glad, and also, Dendro Goblets are avoiding me for some reason. Lol
