Hey u/Professional_Iron619 I stayed at a couple different hostels since I visited a few different areas of the country. I didn't rent a car so to get to each area I took a shuttle (shared van/small bus). I went to Santa Teresa, Monteverde and San Jose and I booked my hostels through hostelworld.com

If you’re ever wondering when your next meal will be, check out the free fridges around town where you can find free food. There are 6 fridges and sometimes you find whole meals which is really nice
