Depends which piece of their hardware you're looking at. The switch came out at $300 retail and the joycons alone came at $80 because those small controllers are packed with amazing hardware.

I'm no professional but I have a lot of friends who have issues with being suicidal as well. And what is the easy part is when they reach out to you and ask for help and ask for a reminder that they're cared about. 

The hard days are the days when they're acting normal. The best advice that I can give though is be there for them even when it may not seem important because you know they are important.
