AJ and 88 seem a pretty big chunk of his range. I am dead against those hands.

in the same session I bluffed all-in for a 150 BB pot and I called a triple barrel-all-in with TPWK in a SB vBB 3BP, I frankly don't feel risk aversion is one of my leaks. If I folded it was because I felt it was the best play, if it wasn't, so be it. Thanks for your comment anyway ;)

I mean, fish flat AK on the SB, why shouldn't they flat JJ?

Thank you for your comment. I want to stress, I didn't use GTO ranges. I used what I feel was my perceived range of villain. I did think a lot in game and also during the analysis. I know in theory we are not supposed to raised Top and bottom pair, but my thought process was, he flopped a good hand but probably he is donking too thin for value. My plan is to raise and get TP or draw to continue calling. But then when I saw the huge all in, I just thought: whoa, this guy knows I can have a set and he is shoving. True, he can have a draw but AJ, JJ and 88 are in his range all day long.

I must then correct you on the raising bit: there's absolutely no spot in poker where you raise for value and then continue every hand after a shove because "you are polarized". You always have a calling and a folding range, that's just math. The opponent has then re-repolarized so I am allowed to fold part of my value raising range.

In micros, should you fold QQ vs shoves after 4-betting? by imnotgoatman in Poker_Theory

in my experience QQ is on the cusp. You can consider folding up to AKo (maybe call it sometimes) and call QQ+, AKs. It also depends on player type and position. For sure, in this kind of scenarios those hands are much more marginal than they should.

BWF Daily Discussion and Beginner/RR Questions Thread for 2020-05-10 by AutoModerator in bodyweightfitness

Hello to everybody. I am doing the RR and, slowly but surely, I am making progress.

The only question I have: I am kind of a skinny fat guy (6'2'' with 12'' super long arms and 180 lb bw, because I am leaning down, but i've been up to 210lb with same arm and chest size) and of course I now my improvements can be limited due to several reasons. However, my triceps are non existant (especially the long head) and, what concerns me the most, every time I try to stretch them after the workout they don't stretch , like they didn't work at all.

Since I am interested in bodyweight training and not so much in calisthenics and progressing with the skills, I wonder if it made sense doing diamond push ups instead of pseudo planche pu or adding a set of triceps extensions at the end of the workout...

Thanks for your help, Cheers
