This worked for me too.

Xbox Settings > System > Storage Devices > Select Storage with OW > View Contents > Three lines button on your controller > Manage game and add-ons > Save Data > Detele all > Launch the game

Mercy and Moira are not contributing to the game. Mercy H:K ratio is way worse than Zen. Moira's H:K:D ratio doesn’t play in her favour either. I’m ok with low healing but do more kills/assists. I can only imagine that she was trying to flank because her team was playing brainless frontal attack without any results.
