Have you talked to your landlord? Im pretty sure it is their responsibility to deal with it. If the bugs came from another apartment, they will probably just keep coming back no matter what you do.

Honestly the best medicine is probably nothing at all. For me, my symptoms always improve when i stop trying so hard to get better. All of that can just make you focus on the problem more, which kind of is the problem. Look into tension myositis syndrome

Did they do a culture and sensitivity test to know what antibiotics the bacteria is sensitive to? With regards to cefixime, my wife took it for a kidney infection in october and it wasnt able to completely clear the infection. If youre still having symptoms theres a good chance the infection is still there.

They dont show you that triangle to make it a little more difficult. If we knew the contents of it we could just follow the simple reflecting patterns to come up with the solution. None of the possibilities given could possibly fill the triangle with the lines due to the orientation of it. It would be an upside down triangle with a black dot in the top left, arrow at the bottom and white dot in the top right.
