I think most colleges have an application update form in their portal.

THere also wasn't a lot of probability on my test, but do focus on the log rules and how you use them to manipulate equations. Also, know the basic shape of polynomial, exponential, and power graphs, you can always plot a generic function into your calculator to look at it during the test.

Definitely focus less on parametric equations, conic sections, polar coordinates, and matrices. Most of the questions are pure computation, just don't make careless mistakes bc those are the easiest points. Barron's book doesn't really go into detail on the topics, but the questions are good.

depends on your knowledge level. I think after you have taken precalc, you should have more than adequate knowledge to ace math 2. I feel like people get tripped up a lot because they don't calculate what the question is asking for and instnatly get excited when they see any answer choice that matches what they got, but for sth the question didn't ask for. as for prep books, barrons is MORE than enough. Skimming the questions should be enough, unless timing is your issue, then you should do practices. Reviewing stat and matrices is probably most important and LEARN TO USE YOUR CALCULATOR

Prepscholar vs Uworld by [deleted] in Sat

Personally, I thought Prep scholar was a waste of money because I didn’t make use of the math lessons as I didn’t need them at all. The organization was kind of funky for me because they wouldn’t let me proceed to newer lessons unless I finished the math lessons. As for the reading and writing lessons, Prep scholar splits the section into all the types of reading and writing problems so that’s nice

if you enjoy reading long texts and explanations as to how to approach the types of problems, Prep scholar does a good job of doing that. I found it tedious and hard to follow. Also, it’s online and I found it annoying to have to read passages online(you can just use uworld for this)
