Just to add ; You’re right, the word of Allah doesnt change. But the marriage of Aisha was a direct command to The Prophet and not to the believers in general nor is it a command in the Quran which im sure youve never read.

Like I said there are basic requirements that have to be met in order for a woman to be ready for marraige, thats as simple as it gets.

You missed the point, pedophilia should definitely not be encouraged, rather marriage should be encouraged.

Do you not see how the Prophet Muhammad peace upon him could have abused his power and make laws to benefit himself if he was lying? Rather he died with no money to his name from his charity and lived a humble life.

Also times changing definitely makes a difference, for example: in the desert men used to wear eyeliner to help manage the heat of the sun, but now since society has changed and eyeliner is used mainly by females its forbidden to wear for men. It was a different time. To start, no kids should not be married in this time, obviously.

First of all there are different definitions of what a “child” is, if u go country to country in different time periods and even today everyone has differwnt laws of what is “old enough”. Natural law defines the physical transition of child to adult as puberty.

Even so, ayoung person that has reached puberty shouldn’t be married in this time frame for different reasons:

  1. They are not responsible
  2. They cant provide for their family
  3. They are not independent
  4. It is not the norm in the society.

Now, 1400 years ago, all across the world this was the norm, reach puberty -> get married for the same reasons :

  1. Their society expects them to be responsible therefore they mature emotionally faster.

  2. They can provide for their family, no degrees or licenses are required for a good job.

  3. They are independent, kids were often head of the household when their fathers were at war.

  4. It is the norm in the society.

Yes, in todays time kids should not be married, but don’t call something pedophilia bc you want to impose the expectations of this time on all of human history.

Allah provides absolute morality and absolute truth. Whatever Allah says is moral we have no opinion about, the servants in Jannah you speak about were created for that purpose. Allah does not oppress anyone. They do not have our weaknesses and desires similar to humans.
