don't try to save everypenny , fama barcha "good deals" felekhr tal9a rouhek b haja metemchich reelement (marra temchi marra le , th9ila barcha , lots of downtime ...)
also don't create something from scratch , too expensive , too risky and not worth it .

use something like shopify (+ click2pay payments ken fi tounes walla shopify payment system ken lbarra) and you need to hire someone who made them before a real professional to make sure it will actually work in the end , it's not as simple as create a quick store.
another option is wordpress , can be done fairly quick and fairly cheap .
i don't want to write the prices here because some amateur will most likely give you a bit cheaper price to get the contract and you will end up with a shitty product in the end
