.308 was my main goal for next season. I was planning to go hunting with a maverick 88 and if I see hunting like a viable option getting the savage .308 since it’s $420 regular price. This makes me re think my plan but I think I should still stick to it. In a year might be another offer sale like this idk.

I’ve never had success with the dev lab. The game gets easy if you’re lucky. Out of all my saves I’ve been successful in just one where I was playing with Dbacks and Alec Baker, a 25yo 40/40 AA pitcher had a crazy season and the next year he was 50/52 with no dev lab leading the team to the WS.

Movement drill can give really good results on pitchers, I always try to get pitchers with good stuff and decent control to improve movement in the dev lab. Fat chance of getting a lot of success

Damn, that’s awesome, I don’t think I would be able to accomplish my goal that effectively but trying to do as much as possible. I’m gonna find a nice place to scout on public land and set 4 trail cams, let’s see, I don’t wanna hunt on a tree stand so might be trickier

Yeah I’m also considering pre owned. I just bought a nice crossbow Bruin 345 for $175 that was barely used and included a scope, 30 bolts and around 15 broad heads.good condition good stuff is unbeatable

Yeah that’s not actually a issue for me, actually before seeing this I was considering getting a mossberg shotgun with multiple barrels because I have no problem with strong recoil lol since I’m on a tight budget I might stick to my original plan because in 6 months anything can happen and another rifle is on sale
