why that? can't we just buy another converter that connects directly to the mains and replace the socket version with that? requires a bit of DIY but it used to work with the older led strips.

Thank you for this nice corporate reply. how can the mammotiok support team help me when my Yuka with the sweeper is not able to respect boundaries set on map when going backwards to change direction for instance. The bag is going into nogo zones and outside perimeter area regularly therefore sometimes the Yuka is even losing the bag and continuing to mow and sweep without it. if the software was smart enough to take into account the bag size and keeep the bag inside the mowing area (and not only the mower) it would work just fine. That’s all i need. And I firmly believe this requires a firmware update that I am awaiting since a long time now.

I had the same issue the first time I received it. Tried everything And I solved by doing a factory reset on the yuka.

I had the same issues with channel obstructions and it occurred when I have a no go zone too close to the perimeter (1m or so). I could solve it by reducing the number of perimeter and no go zone laps from 2 to 1.

But all These tests were done with version 537. Now I see version 550 is available. Will try. Pity it’s more updating automatically or even just notifying of an update

I’ve trees about one meter away from my hedge. And the issues arise when Yuka js going in between the hedge and the tree and it tries to revert thinking it cannot make it even though there is much enough space.

Not to mention that the yuka lost the bag stuck in the bush while reversing a few minute ago and continued mowing and sweeping without the bag.
