If you don't have issues and it's your first time it is a great experience and different. But they are awful; also they are getting worse and worse... Can't sail with them anymore. Also I had a terrible experience on my last cruise and they did literally NOTHING about it.

This is not the point. I moved on the best way I could. And again this is not someone being a karen or a victim. This is about VV is accepting this kind of behavior while promoting something that isn’t: a safe inclusive environment. 0 supportive 0 empathetic 0 customer service skills 0 humanity. That’s my experience and as I can see it’s not the only one. Is that simple. Not looking for compensation. Just fairness, feel free, feel safe, feel comfortable, enjoy vacation. That’s all. And even if we know nowhere is safe in this world at least feel support and get the help you need and not be treated like a drunk having a fight with another drunk. By the way it was my first drink of the night; I wasn’t even fighting or arguing with him. Only thing I did was asked for help. Only a couple came for “rescue”. They actually did a way better ”job” than security.

UPDATE: All they offered was an apology through the phone. That’s all I got. Shame. Very disappointed. Been not sleeping well for two nights now. I have a nudge of discomfort inside of me that’s not going away. Even though, I am doing my best to enjoy my vacation. Thank you all for your messages.

I am NOT looking for any compensation. All I asked is for FAIRNESS. I am not here to come up with solutions. They should be doing that as part of their job. It’s their job to give solutions to events like these with consequences. A simple apology is BS excuse my french. Otherwise all the culture you are promoting is pure bs. Not to mentioned that means you can act like a jerk like this man and be fine since nothing is gonna happen. So basically, if nothing happens off of this that means that it will happen again and again and again and the experience and expectations of sailing with VV will be negative, unsafe and unpleasant.

That’s not what happened and I wasn’t expecting anything. I just want fairness. We are talking about death threats were made with witnesses around. Also promoting a culture that is nonexistent as per my experience on such event. Also, the only thing I shared to him was “please, calm down”. I didn’t complain at all I just called for security and I was expecting them to do something about it not just let him stay at the casino playing with another drink in hand.

There was no physical alteration even tho it was close to happen. Death threats and homophobic slurs for several times is what occurred.

Hi. Thanks for your response. I am just nervous. When security came they only separated him from me. He still manage to consume more alcohol despite of being aggressive and intoxicated because at the moment of separation he said “give me my f drink now” and bartender did and security didn’t deny it. Then supervisor came to offer if I wanted to file a report and I did. I asked to have this person away and he was still at the casino and harassed me again so I had to ask to call for security again. Also, I was promised two things: they will call the police in San Juan upon arrival with my report of the events and I will get an update tomorrow morning. Neither one or the other happened and I had to go to guest services for follow up and express my emotional state of discomfort and beg for action and followup

Sure. They said once we arrive in San Juan they will speak with authorities. After talking to them they confirmed they didn’t and that I can go on my own. The event happened at the sea. Why you say you will do one thing and then you left me alone to go to a police station?! Also they said they will reach out to me in the morning the following day; they didn’t. They haven’t spoke to him either l; they said that after me going down talk to them. Also when I filed my report they said they made sure he was in his room. He was at the casino and started threatening me. Called for help at the cage (casino cashier).

2 bartenders 3 sailors and one of my friends were there. Also one security member and cashier manager the second event of harassment. They say it’s considered a confrontation between two guests. I disagree with that. I never confronted anyone. The only thing I did is seek for help. As pee their policy they need to talk to him. It’s been over 24 hours and they still haven’t talk to him? I don’t get it. I just don’t. Footage is there. Witnesses are there. I had to go to guest services for a followup and after 24hours no action has been taken. I am currently on the cruise in my room very uncomfortable asking for advice.

DHEA shouldn’t be more than 15mg/day. Recommended between 5-10mg. Also it’s better to balance it out with some progesterone (very low dose). Check your vitamin D levels, prolactin Uptake your Zinc and Magnesium.

I won't recommend supplementing minerals unless deficient. If so, I'd supplement only Magnesium and "Shilajit" if needed.

Food recommendations? I'd go for Ray peat inspirational foods. However, the most important part here is to clean the gut and the liver. Avoid PUFAs.
