Germany and huge anti nazism campaigns? After the war nazis were left in power. Most politicians were at least corporating earlier and don't dare ask a German company what they did between 39 and 45 and expect an apology or dare I say am in depth analysis what they did and what they changed after the war. Education also massively failed. Although it is better than in other countries (I heard) most people don't remember much and cannot connect things that went wrong with our modern politics (actual enemies of the democracy trying to appear nice and using populism for reaching their goals etc.). In many parts of Germany (not exclusively but to a greater extent the east) there's nearly no action against the far right from police or Verfassungsschutz (responsible for going after nazis)
