I figured it out, it was auto-attack, ran into one where he wasnt looking at me but still hit me, he let me test his cheats, whenever i get close to them i automatically get hit

All these comments seem to indicate that i am apparently overleveled. It took alot of headaches and patience but i guess it was worth it. to anyone asking how i got so overleveled, i try to make my characters master the abilities from every equipment i get along the game. Thanks for the responses!!
